This in-house company training course “Chinese Market Development Strategy” was conducted on  August 19-21, 2017, Nanchang, China, covering a range of topics towards:

  • How to embrace challenges and  overcome obstacles in the Chinese market.
  • How to plan and manage a successful sales project which complies with Chinese policies and regulations.
  • How to build a competency model for marketers and shape their personal brand.

Participants engaged in various projects under simulated business conditions and client pressures.They learnt how to conduct constructive communication with customers at all levels and complete marketing tasks.
