We offered a tutorial program to the Sales Department Managers and Account Managers from  China Telecom Corporation Shanghai Branch on September 4-8, 2017, in Shanghai. This program was designed to help participants enhance their marketing and team management skills.
Tutorial Content:
  • How to analyse the needs of target customers to open up an industry market.
  • How to promote cooperation during conversations with key customers.
  • How to actively promote the progress of sales projects after meeting with clients and how to assess the effectiveness of your negotiations.
  • How to successfully lead a sales team and cultivate talent as a sales manager.
As an important part of this program, we accompanied the participants to visit their customers who were from logistics and medical equipment trading companies, rubber products factories, pharmaceutical industries, auto parts manufacturers and E-Commerce solution providers.
