Hao Chen, a senior e-commerce expert in China, has more than 20 years’ experience in R&D, management, business planning in the IT industry, including ten years’ experience of the Internet development and popularization.
Mr. Chen has worked at China Construction Bank and Huawei as an engineering supervisor, project and product manager, project and product director. Mr. Chen has an in-depth knowledge of company operation, market planning and customer service with over eight years history of top management experience in an IT company.
Mr. Chen currently serves as an Internet consultant for the Chengdu city government of China with emphasis on formulating Internet strategies and creating e-commerce business plans for enterprises.
